10/03/12 | Countdown to Summer

What a difference a few weeks make. During winter I try not to think too much about summer, the warm water, the hours and hours of glorious daylight. It makes the cold and the dark even harder to bear. But now we're into March suddenly the summer doesn't feel so far off. There are buds on the trees, the bumblebees are waking up, and best of all every day the sun rises a few minutes earlier and sets a few later. I'm allowing myself to think, just three months more and I can ditch the winter rubber and feel the water on my legs.
